Stephanie is a registered Associate General Accountant AGA(SA) and has 8 years experience in accounting, payroll and tax.
Contabilita specializes in bookkeeping, payroll, preparing financial statements and filing income tax returns for companies, individuals and trust.
By keeping the firm small, specializing in only accounting, payroll and taxation Contabilita is able to deliver a personalized and professional service at an affordable price to its customers.

I provide a full range of accounting services for small and medium-sized entities. As a registered accountant, I am able to legally act as an accounting officer. You can have peace of mind knowing that your business is in the hands of an accounting professional.

I can assist in the calculation and submission of normal and provisional tax for individuals, companies, closed corporations and trust. I also assist with those pesky SARS audits and queries. I can quickly and easily assist with SARS registrations and tax clearances.

Everything payroll, this includes monthly pay slips, calculation and submission of monthly payroll taxes. Reconciliation and submission of EMP 501's and yearly issuing of IRP5's. CIPC - New Company registrations, Company and Close Corporation amendments, Convert CC to PTY, Name reservations and changes, Reinstatement of deregistered CC or PTY, CIPC annual returns lodgments, Updating and maintaining CIPC records of PTY and CC.

This might sound boring but I do enjoy a well kept ledger. Producing a good product for clients and seeing the worry disappear from their faces once the dust have settled is a rare feeling only a bean counter can explain.
